This site is operated by Pricerite.com.hk Limited.

If you intend to use the online shopping services or simply want to browse in the site or otherwise use this site, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the site. By using the site or any part of it, you agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.

 

  1. GENERAL

    1. In these Terms and Conditions the following definitions shall apply:
      1. “Pricerite.com.hk” shall mean Pricerite.com.hk Limited.
      2.  “Pricerite Hong Kong eShop” and “Pricerite Macau eShop” shall mean the sites operated by Pricerite.com.hk and will be referred to as “Pricerite eShop”.
      3. “Legal Notice and Disclaimer” shall mean the legal notice and disclaimer applicable to the Pricerite eShop service.
      4. “Privacy Policy Statement” shall mean Pricerite.com.hk’s policy regarding personal data collected in connection with this site and Pricerite.com.hk’s policy regarding the privacy of Customers and visitors to the site.
      5. "Customer/Customers" shall mean you and all other persons who purchase the products under your Login.
      6. "Login" shall mean a Customer's personal password and access to Pricerite eShop under that Customer's registration.
      7. "Price” shall mean the price of a product on the day of order.
      8. "Product/Products" shall mean any and all the products for sale on Pricerite eShop, as well as any complimentary gifts included with a purchase.
    2. All Products sold by Pricerite.com.hk through this site are subject to these Terms and Conditions. By submitting your order for processing at Pricerite eShop, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions prevalent at the time your order is submitted for processing.
    3. These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with the Legal Notice and Disclaimer and the Private Policy Statement and shall prevail over any other document including any Pricerite Stores Limited’s policy.
    4. The Customer agrees to provide the complete and updated information for registration on this site. For credit card payment registration, the Customer shall provide Pricerite.com.hk with accurate and complete credit card information and represents and warrants to Pricerite.com.hk that his use of the credit card (details of which have been supplied) is authorised and legal.
    5. Pricerite.com.hk has the absolute discretion to refuse registration of a potential Customer and to terminate the registration of any Customer for any reason whatsoever.
    6. The Customer agrees to pay for every order made and agrees to indemnify Pricerite.com.hk for all claims, loss and damages whatsoever made by any third party arising from the actions of a person placing orders for the Products using the Customer's Login. The Customer shall be responsible for updating his registration information including his credit card particulars with Pricerite.com.hk. The Customer shall be responsible for notifying his bank of any changes to his record, or loss, theft or unauthorised use of his credit card.
    7. Pricerite.com.hk shall make every effort to fulfill orders placed by Customers through Pricerite eShop, but shall not be liable to any person if Pricerite.com.hk shall decline or become unable to fulfill an order for whatever reason, including supply shortage or supply modification.
    8. Notwithstanding the provisions of clause 1.7, Pricerite.com.hk reserves the right to decline any order it may, in its sole opinion, consider unreliable for credit reason or otherwise.
    9. Customers can access Pricerite eShop by using a personal password. Pricerite.com.hk shall not be responsible for any offline password management and the Customer shall ensure that his password is kept strictly confidential to prevent unauthorised use. Pricerite.com.hk shall use its best endeavours to prevent any unauthorised entry to Pricerite eShop. However, Pricerite.com.hk shall not be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever if any third party gains unauthorised access to the Pricerite eShop site using Customer’s Login.
    10. All orders are subject to Pricerite.com.hk’s acceptance at its sole discretion and stock availability.
  2. PRODUCT

    1. Products and gifts on this site are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
    2. Pricerite.com.hk shall make every effort to ensure the accuracy of Product pictures and written descriptions but pictures and/or written description of Products on this site may not correspond exactly to the physical Products.
    3. Product information may be translated by artificial intelligence (AI) or machine translation technology without human review or editing.
  3. ASSEMBLE SERVICE

    1. Assemble shall be carried only on the delivery date and at the delivery address specified on the order.
    2. Assemble service fee will be charged per piece based on the Product’s unit original selling price.
  4. PRICE

    1. Pricerite.com.hk shall make every effort to ensure that prices, details and sizes of Product details on Pricerite eShop are updated but Pricerite.com.hk reserves the right to vary the price and other details of the Products without notice.
    2. If a Product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Pricerite.com.hk reserves the right to decline or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
    3. The prices advertised on the Pricerite eShop are for shopping on Pricerite eShop only. The price of certain Product is subject to market fluctuation and is offered for guidance or reference only. The final selling price will be subject to order confirmation by Pricerite.com.hk.
    4. In case of discrepancies between the on-line order records and the final sales memo issued by Pricerite.com.hk, final sales memo shall prevail.
    5. Pricerite.com.hk may from time to time set credit limits for Customers and Pricerite.com.hk reserves the right to limit sales.
  5. PAYMENT

    1. Payment for Products ordered through Pricerite Hong Kong eShop can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), balance in PayPal account, Apple Pay or member reward points of Pricerite Stores Limited.
    2. Payment for Products ordered through Pricerite Macau eShop can be made by Visa or MasterCard or member reward points of Pricerite Stores Limited.
    3. Gift certificates of Pricerite Stores Limited are not applicable to orders through Pricerite eShop.
    4. Pricerite.com.hk may change at any time the payment method for Pricerite eShop without prior notice.
  6. PRICERITE MEMBER CARD PROGRAM

    1. Pricerite Member Card Program is provided and managed by Pricerite Stores Limited, please refer to Terms and Conditions for Pricerite Member Card Program for details. (P.S. link to Member Card T&C)
  7. DELIVERY

    1. Pricerite Hong Kong eShop will effect delivery to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, some designated rural areas and the outlying islands of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The delivery hours shall be between 9:00am to 8:00pm, Monday to Saturday.
    2. Pricerite Macau eShop will effect delivery to Macau only. The delivery hours shall be between 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday.
    3. No delivery services shall be available on Sunday and Public Holidays, and delivery will be delayed or cancelled when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm warning signal is hoisted on the scheduled delivery date or the day before. PSL shall contact customer to reschedule the delivery.
    4. Truck parking must be permitted at the delivery location.
    5. Additional charges will be applied for locations far away from town center or cannot be directly accessed by public transportations, such as buses or mini-buses.
    6. Additional charge will be imposed if the delivery truck (5.5 tones or above) is not able to enter the main entrance of the delivery address, or if there are no lift facilities in the building of the delivery address or the lift facilities cannot be used or are not suitable for delivery. For purchase on Pricerite Macau eShop, deliveryman will move purchased Product up/down for a maximum of 8 floors.
    7. Customers should receive the Products at delivery address specified on the order within delivery period after order confirmation. The delivery period for Pricerite Hong Kong eShop and Pricerite Macau eShop are 14 working days and 21 days respectively. If Customer fails to receive the purchased Products within the said period, Pricerite.com.hk shall charge the Customer an administration fee and a storage fee.
    8. If Pricerite.com.hk has tried to deliver on agreed date and time but Customer fails to receive the Products, Pricerite.com.hk shall arrange redelivery and charge the Customer an additional delivery fee.
    9. Pricerite Hong Kong eShop Customer shall extend delivery for a period not exceed 60 days from order confirmation while Pricerite Macau eShop Customer shall extend delivery for a period not exceed 80 days from order confirmation. Otherwise paid Products shall be deemed forfeited and Pricerite.com.hk shall not refund any paid amount to the Customer.
    10. All deliveries shall be signed off by the Customer and the deliveryman of Pricerite.com.hk as acknowledgement of receipt. The Customer shall ensure that an authorized person to receive is present at the specified time of delivery at the Customer's address to receive the purchased Product. If no such person is present, the delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another time agreed. Pricerite.com.hk reserves the right to charge the Customer an additional delivery fee.
    11. All additional fees, administration fees and storage fees should be paid to the deliveryman by cash upon delivery.
    12. Customer / authorized recipient should carefully inspect the quantity and quality of the goods delivered before acknowledgement of receipt. Upon acknowledgement, Pricerite.com.hk shall be discharged from any liability for the sales.
    13. Customer should ensure the purchased Products can be physically delivered to the delivery address and be assembled therein. Pricerite.com.hk bears no responsibility for any such failure.
    14. Customer should take care of their own furniture, interior decoration, floor, wall and other properties during the delivery and/or assemble process. Pricerite.com.hk bears no responsibility for any damage caused.
    15. Pricerite.com.hk shall use reasonable endeavours to deliver Products to the delivery address specified on the order but Pricerite.com.hk shall not be liable for any delays or non-delivery for causes beyond its control.
    16. All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and Pricerite.com.hk reserves the right to amend or reject the order in the event that any of the Products requested are unavailable. In the event that any ordered Products are unable to fulfill, Customer will be notified by phone or email before delivery.
    17. Pricerite.com.hk reserves the right to decline delivery of the purchased Products to any Customer at its sole discretion absolutely.
  8. STORE PICKUP

    1. Only selected items on Pricerite Hong Kong eShop are available for store pickup service.
    2. No change of pickup location and delivery method will be accepted once the order is submitted on Pricerite Hong Kong eShop.
    3. A “ready for pickup” notification would be sent by email and SMS to customer’s registered email address and the phone number entered in shipping information during checkout. Customer should pickup the order within 3 days from the date of “ready for pickup” notification at the selected store during store operation hours.
    4. When Customer pickup the order, Customer should provide the sales memo number and the phone number entered in shipping information during checkout for validation.
    5. Customer should carefully inspect the quantity and quality of the goods before acknowledgement of receipt. Upon acknowledgement, Pricerite.com.hk shall be discharged from any liability for the sales.
    6. Customer should pickup the order in one time by the end of pickup period. If the order has not been picked up in the pickup period, the order will be cancelled. A refund will be made to Customer in the form of member points to the registered account of that order within 7 working days.
  9. VARIATION OF ORDER

    1. No variation of order and delivery method will be accepted once the order is submitted on Pricerite eShop.
    2. Pricerite.com.hk reserves the right to charge the Customer an administration fee in case Pricerite.com.hk accepts the request from Customer to vary.
    3. If the Customer requests a variation to the order which Pricerite.com.hk accepts then the price payable for the order will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the variation and shall be recorded on the final sales memo.
  10. TITLE

    1. Title to the Products shall remain vested in Pricerite.com.hk until Pricerite.com.hk received full payment of the price. Risk of the Products shall pass to Customer upon delivery of the Products.
  11. RETURN POLICY

    1. Refund and exchange will not be accepted for all purchased Products via Pricerite Macau eShop.
    2. Customer can enjoy “30-Day Return and Exchange Guarantee” for purchased Products via Pricerite Hong Kong eShop. Below terms and conditions apply:
      1. Customer should contact Customer Service Representatives to apply for return or exchange within 30 days from the date of the sales memo.
      2. Returned items must be unused, unopened, without any damages and scratches.
      3. Items can only be exchanged for the same model, color and size.
      4. Any promotional bonus such as free gifts, redeemed gifts, gift certificates, coupon or discounted items conditional upon the purchase of specific items, etc. must accompany the returned items for a refund. If Customer fails to return the promotional bonus or if the promotional bonus was used or damaged, Customer has to pay an equivalent amount as stipulated by Pricerite.com.hk.
      5. When refund, Customer has to pay for the free service used during the purchase, including but not limited to delivery service.
      6. Refund will be made to Customer based on the purchase price after discounts and in the form of the original payment or as decided by Pricerite.com.hk. 
        1. For credit card purchase, refund amount will be credited to the original credit card account used in the purchase.
        2. For crypto-currency purchase, refund will be made in Hong Kong dollar. Customer has to pay 5% of refund amount as handling fee(rounded to the nearest dollar).
        3. If customer paid with coupons or complimentary gift certificates from PHL, PHL will not re-issue the coupons or gift certificates to customer.
      7. Refund amount will be the sum paid by the Customer for the items less the fee charged (if any) for processing the return request..
    3. Exceptions to the Pricerite Hong Kong eShop’s ”30-Day Return and Exchange Guarantee”:
      1. No return or exchange on textile items, bedding items, mattresses, glassware, fragile items, light bulbs, fluorescent tubes, food, personal hygiene, large electrical appliances, tailor-made items (including sofa, tailor-made furnirure, tailor-sized furniture, etc.), special ordered items (including electrical appliances, flooring order on request items, etc.), household service, and items so specified on the sales memo.
      2. No return or exchange on items without all accompanying accessories, manuals and blank warranty cards.
      3. No return or exchange on large furniture items after goods receipt.
    4. Customer should pay for the inspection fee, transportation fee or disassemble fee before Pricerite.com.hk perform on-site physical inspection or products collection.
    5. Refund will take approximately 4-6 weeks’ processing time from the date of the refund memo issued by Pricerite.com.hk.
    6. For items with inherent quality defects, customer should contact Customer Service Representatives within 7 days from the date of goods receipt. Inherent quality defects do not include the followings:
      1. Measurement discrepancy (width, depth or height) within +/- 1 inch with mattresses or sofas arising from manufacturing process..
      2. Any difference between the product and the displayed item arising from the nature of materials, such as leather and wood pattern.
    7. Pricerite.com.hk reserves all rights of final conclusions for any disputes or disagreements.
  12. WARRANTY

    1. Product warranty is only applicable to the Products purchased via Pricerite Hong Kong eShop.
    2. Wooden furniture and sofa shall enjoy 6-month structural warranty; furniture fittings/ accessories shall enjoy 30-day guarantee; mattress and electrical appliances warranty is provided by individual suppliers.
    3. Warranty period starts from the date of first purchase of the product. Customer is required to provide original sales memo to evidence the date of first purchase.
    4. Product warranty will not cover:
      1. Glass accessories; DIY furniture; sofa’s stuffing, fabrics, leather, stitches and seams; and products so specified on the sales memo.
      2. Damage caused by inappropriate assembly, use, storage; accidents; and normal wear and tear.
      3. Products that have been assembled, dismantled, altered or relocated by customer.
    5. Pricerite.com.hk or its supplier shall at its sole discretion either to repair or to replace the defective products.
    6. Warranty period of the repaired products or replacement shall be the balance of the warranty period from the date of first purchase.
    7. Terms and conditions set by individual suppliers shall prevail. For details, please refer to warranty cards or contact the individual suppliers.
    8. Customer should pay for the inspection fee before the request is processed. After inspection, Pricerite.com.hk or its supplier shall determine in its sole discretion whether the claim is valid under the warranty. If the claim is valid, paid inspection fee will be reimbursed to customer.
  13. LIABLITY

    1. The liability of Pricerite.com.hk (to the extent permitted by law) whether in contract, tort or otherwise for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from any defect in or non-compliance of the purchased Products or any other breach of Pricerite.com.hk's obligations hereunder shall not in any event exceed an amount equivalent to the price of the purchased Products on the sales memo.
    2. The Customer shall ensure that the purchased Products are not used for any purpose for which they are not suitable and shall be responsible for using all necessary skill and care in handling and using the purchased items. The Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that Pricerite.com.hk assumes no obligation or liability for any advice or information given with the purchased Products and Pricerite.com.hk shall not be responsible for any inaccuracy or misstatement of any such information. The purchased Products shall be accepted by the Customer entirely at the Customer's own risk.
    3. Pricerite.com.hk assumes no responsibility and should not be liable for any damage or loses arising out of transmission error or delay in transmission via internet or delay or omission in processing of Customers’ order.
    4. Any failure or delay in exercising any right, power or remedy contained in the Terms & Conditions by Pricerite.com.hk shall not be deemed to be a waiver of such and any other right, power or remedy.
  14. FORCE MAJEURE

    1. If the performance by Pricerite.com.hk of its obligations is prevented by reason of "force majeure" (which shall include without limitation to prevention occasioned by fire, casualty, accident, act of God, natural disaster, any law, order, proclamation, regulation, demand or requirement of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or of any of its government agencies, strikes, labour disputes, shortage of labour or lack of skilled labour, shortage or unavailability of items or raw materials, delay in transit or other causes whatsoever (whether similar to the foregoing or not) beyond the reasonable control of Pricerite.com.hk), Pricerite.com.hk shall be excused from such performance to the extent of such prevention, and Pricerite.com.hk shall have no liability whatsoever towards the Customer.
  15. VARIATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. Pricerite.com.hk reserves the right to to cancel or vary these Terms and Conditions in accordance with the law without prior notice. Customer is reminded to review the Terms and Conditions prior to submitting any order. Once an order is placed, Customer is deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions prevalent at the time.
  16. PREVALING LANGUAGE

    1. These Terms and Conditions are written in both English and Chinese. In case of inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.
  17. APPLICABLE LAW

    1. These Terms and Conditions shall be constructed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”) and in case of dispute the Customer and Pricerite.com.hk shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

Price Guarantee

PRICERITE STORES LIMITED (“PSL”) Price Guarantee

Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions

  1. Price Guarantee applies only to:
    1. Selling price of washing machine, fridge, air-conditioner and television; and
    2. Redemption price of Yale Digital Door Lock, EcoSink Kitchen Waste Processor, Panasonic Toilet Seat and Thermo Ventilator.
  2. In the event that customer finds a lower listed price from chain stores or department stores in Hong Kong after purchased from PSL for the same product, PSL will refund the price difference to customer.
    1. Same product means product in new and unused conditions with the same brand, same model, same product specifications and same country of origin. Parallel imported product and displayed product are not eligible.
    2. Chain stores mean retailers with at least 20 shops in Hong Kong and each shop has area not smaller than 2000 square feet selling large electrical appliances.
    3. Comparable price excludes delivery fee, installation fee and any other fees.
    4. Comparable price does not include bundled price, redemption price and limited quantity offer.
    5. Comparable price does not include prices that are not available to the general public, including but not limited to corporate price, group purchase price, member price and other specially negotiated prices.
  3. Customer should submit claim to PSL Customer Service Department before goods receipt. No claim is accepted after goods receipt.
  4. Only one claim is allowed per product purchased.
  5. Once the claim is validated, the product is no longer entitled to 30-Day Return and Exchange Guarantee.
  6. Refund will be made in the form of PSL gift certificate which is valid for 6 months for purchase at PSL stores.
  7. Application Procedures

      Customer should submit claim to PSL Customer Service Department and provide evidence of the lower listed price from other Hong Kong chain stores or department stores.
    1. PSL will verify the price from the chain stores or department stores within 7 working days from receiving the claim. If the price verified by PSL is different from the price provided by the customer, the higher price will be used to calculate the price difference.
    2. Refund will be made within 4 to 6 weeks after the claim is validated.

    Other Terms and Conditions

    1. PSL reserves the right to cancel or vary these terms and conditions in accordance with the law without prior notice.
    2. Any forbearance or failure or delay by PSL in exercising any right, power or remedy contained herein shall not be deemed to be a waiver of such and any other right, power or remedy.
    3. In the event of any dispute, the determination of PSL will be final.
    4. In the event that there is any inconsistency between the English and the Chinese version of this policy statement, the English version shall prevail.

PRICERITE HOME LIMITED (“PHL”)

30-Day Return and Exchange Guarantee

Terms and Conditions

  1. Customer should apply for return or exchange at store within 30 days from the date of the deposit note / sales memo.
  2. Returned items must be unused, unopened, without any damages and scratches.
  3. Items can only be exchanged for the same model, color and size.
  4. If customer made purchase with gift certificates, items can only be exchanged but cannot be returned for a refund.
  5. Any promotional bonus such as free gifts, redeemed gifts, gift certificates, coupon or discounted items conditional upon the purchase of specific items, etc. must accompany the returned items for a refund. If customer fails to return the promotional bonus or if the promotional bonus was used or damaged, customer has to pay an equivalent amount as stipulated by PHL.
  6. When refund, customer has to pay for the free service used during the purchase, including but not limited to delivery service.
  7. Refund will be made to customer based on the purchase price after discounts and in the form of the original payment or as decided by PHL.
    1. For credit card purchase, refund amount will be credited to the original credit card account used in the purchase.
    2. For crypto-currency purchase, refund will be made in Hong Kong dollar. Customer has to pay 5% of refund amount as handling fee (rounded to the nearest dollar).

Exceptions

  1. No return or exchange on displayed items, substandard items, textile items, bedding items, mattresses, glassware, fragile items, light bulbs, fluorescent tubes, Food, Personal hygiene, Pricerite Pet, large electrical appliances, tailor-made items (including sofa, tailor-made furniture, tailor-sized furniture, etc.), special ordered items (including electrical appliances, flooring, order on request items etc), household service, plastic shopping bag and its charging, and items so specified on the sales memo Note.
  2. No return or exchange on items without all accompanying accessories, manuals and blank warranty cards.
  3. No return or exchange on large furniture items after goods receipt.

 

Procedures

  1. Customer should present a valid deposit note / sales memo within the guarantee period to the assigned store:
    1. The invoicing store for DIY furniture, large furniture, safe, large electrical appliances, audio-visual items and items requiring collection service.
    2. Any stores for other items, not requiring collection service.
  2. For credit card purchase, card holder should present the original credit card in person for processing the refund request.
  3. If collection service is required, customer should pay the transportation or disassemble fee before the exchange or return request is processed. Please refer to the current fee table displayed at the stores.
  4. Refund will take approximately 4-6 weeks’ processing time from the date of the credit or refund memo issued by PHL.

 

Other Terms and Conditions

  1. For items with inherent quality defects, customer should contact PHL within 7 days from the date of goods receipt.
  2. PHL reserves the right to cancel or vary these terms and conditions in accordance with the law without prior notice.

Furniture Warranty

Furniture Warranty Terms and Conditions

PRICERITE HOME LIMITED (“Pricerite”)

Effective Date: 31 May, 2022


Coverage

  1. Pricerite or its suppliers will provide warranty to the following products:
    1. 20-year Structural Warranty: bedroom wooden furniture, living room wooden furniture, study room wooden furniture;
    2. 30-day Quality Warranty: furniture fittings/accessories;
    3. Manufacturer Warranty: Transformer furniture, sofa, mattress, office chair, dining room furniture, outdoor furniture, non-wooden furniture.
  2. “20-year Structural Warranty” only covers structural manufacturing defects in material of the wooden parts of the products.
  3. “30-day Quality Warranty” only covers door knob/handle, hinge, hydraulic/gas lift mechanism, office chair gas lift, lid support, wardrobe hanging rod, lock, drawer runner, sliding door track, castor and shelving support accessories.
  4. Furniture Product Warranty is not applicable to PVC sofas; sofa’s stuffing, fabrics, leather, stitches and seams; fabric and leather covers; seat and back cushions; glass accessories; mirrors; displayed items; redeemed items; free gifts; and products so specified on the sales memo.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. Warranty period starts from the date of first purchase of the product. Customer is required to provide valid sales memo to evidence the date of first purchase in order to enjoy warranty services.
  2. Furniture Product Warranty will not cover:
    1. damages caused by normal wear and tear;
    2. cosmetic damages, including but not limited to cuts and scratches;
    3. damages caused by external factors such as exposure to the sun, dampness, dust or mites etc.;
    4. damages caused by inappropriate assembly, use, storage or accidents;
    5. items that have been assembled, dismantled, altered, repaired or relocated by customer or unauthorized party;
    6. items that have not been maintained in accordance with the care instruction;
    7. suspending wall-mounted furniture;
    8. items for commercial use:
    9. items that have been delivered to areas outside Hong Kong;
    10. other faults or damages attributable to the customer.
  3. Pricerite or its suppliers will arrange on-site inspection to examine the defects reported by the customer. Customer is required to pay an inspection fee before the warranty claim is processed.
  4. Pricerite or its suppliers will arrange on-site inspection within 14 to 30 working days from the date of receipt of the inspection fee. After inspection, Pricerite or its supplier shall determine in its sole discretion whether the claim is valid under the warranty. If the claim is valid, paid inspection fee will be reimbursed to the customer.
  5. Subject to the validation that this warranty shall apply, Pricerite or its supplier shall at its sole discretion either to repair or to replace the defective products. If the model of the product the customer first purchased is out of stock or discontinued, Pricerite or its supplier shall replace it with a new one of similar model. Repair or replacement turnaround time is subject to the type of defects and the availability of parts/products.
  6. If the same defect recurs within 14 days after the completion of repair or replacement, Pricerite or its supplier will arrange a free on-site inspection to examine the defect again. If the same defect recurs after 14 days from the date of completion of repair or replacement, or if a new defect occurs, customer is required to file a new claim and pay an inspection fee.
  7. Warranty period of the repaired products or replacement shall be the balance of the warranty period from the date of first purchase.
  8. The item under warranty must be returned to Pricerite or its supplier at the time of replace.
  9. Terms and conditions of Manufacturer Warranty set by individual suppliers shall prevail. For details, please refer to warranty cards or contact the individual suppliers.

Additional Terms and Conditions of “20-year Structural Warranty”

  1. After the first 6 months of the warranty period, Pricerite shall at its sole discretion to offer cash rebate in lieu of repair or replacement of the defective products.
  2. Cash rebate will be made in the form of Pricerite member points and will be reimbursed to the customer’s member account used in the first purchase. If customer did not use a member account at the time of the first purchase or the member account has become invalid, customer is required to apply for a new member account in order to receive the rebate.
  3. Customer could use the Pricerite member points to get cash discount or redeem rewards offered by Pricerite. Pricerite member points are valid until 25th of January in the following year.
  4. Cash rebate will be calculated according to the purchase price after discounts times the rebate rate. Cash rebate will not be awarded in decimals.
From Date of First Purchase Rebate Rate
Over 6 months to 5 years 50%
Over 5 years to 10 years 30%
Over 10 years to 15 years 15%
Over 15 years to 20 years 10%

 

For example, if a customer purchased a wardrobe for $3,888 and a structural manufacturing defect occurs in the 10th year from the date of the first purchase, rebate amount will be 30% of $3,888, which is equal to $1,166.4. In this case, the customer will receive member points equivalent to $1,166.

MESH 10-year Structural Warranty

Coverage

  1. “10-year Structural Warranty” only covers structural manufacturing defects in material of the carbon steel parts of the products.
  2. Structural Warranty is not applicable to displayed items; redeemed items; free gifts; and products so specified on the sales memo.

 

General Terms and Conditions

  1. Structural Warranty period starts from the date of first purchase of the product. Customer is required to provide valid sales memo to evidence the date of first purchase in order to enjoy warranty services. 
  2. Structural Warranty will not cover:
    1. damages caused by normal wear and tear;
    2. cosmetic damages, including but not limited to cuts and scratches;
    3. damages caused by external factors such as exposure to the sun, dampness, dust or mites etc.;
    4. damages caused by inappropriate assembly, use, storage or accidents;
    5. items that have not been maintained in accordance with the care instruction;
    6. items for commercial use:
    7. items that have been delivered to areas outside Hong Kong;
    8. other faults or damages attributable to the customer.
  3. Pricerite or its suppliers will arrange on-site inspection to examine the defects reported by the customer. Customer is required to pay an inspection fee before the warranty claim is processed.

Mattress Trial Service

PRICERITE HOME LIMITED (“Pricerite”)

Terms and Conditions

  1. Mattress trial service applies to Pricerite exclusive models only.
  2. Customer is entitled to exchange the mattress once within 22 days to 180 days from the date of delivery. If the mattress is purchased before 1 August 2023, customer needs to apply within 22 days to 120 days from the date of delivery (except LUSSO and Gaialand).
  3. Customer shall exchange for alternative models of the same brand and size as the original purchased mattress. Exchange for mattress of a different brand, a different size, or the same model with a different thickness is not allowed. If the original purchased mattress was customized (including size changes, corner cutting, split design), the replacement mattress must also have the same modifications. Additional customizations apart from what the original purchased mattress had are not allowed during the exchange.
  4. Each mattress is allowed for exchange once only and the replacement mattress exchanged under the mattress trial service will not be eligible for the mattress trial service anymore.
  5. If customer exchanges for a higher-priced mattress, the customer needs to make up the difference. Customer will not receive a refund if the customer exchanges for a lower-priced mattress. The price shall be subject to the date of exchange.
  6. The price of the original purchased mattress is based on the net price after discounts and does not include any service fees related to that mattress (including fees for size changes, corner cutting services, split designs, etc.). All paid service fees are non-refundable and cannot be used to pay the replacement mattress and its associated service fess (if applicable). For customized mattress, customer needs to pay the relevant service fees (subject to the date of exchange) for the replacement mattress when processing the exchange.
  7. Customer needs to submit application through a designated website and present a valid sales memo to apply for an exchange. The returned mattress must be of the same model as stated in the sales memo. 
  8. Customer is not required to return the promotional bonus with the purchased mattress, such as free gifts, member points, redeemed gifts, gift certificates, coupon or discounted items conditional upon the purchase of specific items, etc. However, the replacement mattress shall not be entitled to any promotional bonus (if applicable).
  9. Pricerite will arrange for free collection and delivery services provided that the collection and delivery addresses are same as the delivery address as stated in the sales memo of the returned mattress and the collection service is rendered at the same time as the delivery. Additional delivery fees will be charged if
    1. The collection and delivery addresses are located in Ma Wan or Discovery Bay.
    2. The delivery truck (5.5 tones or above) is not able to enter the main entrance of the collection and delivery addresses, or there are no lift facilities in the building of the collection and delivery address or the lift facilities cannot be used or are not suitable for the collection and/or delivery.
  10. Mattress trial service does not apply to displayed item, mattress which was delivered to areas outside Hong Kong, mattress for commercial use, accessories, mattress which has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident or poor external environment conditions and mattress that is not in a reasonably good condition (e.g. stains, soiling, mould, unpleasant smell, bed bugs, etc).
  11. Exchange will be cancelled if at the time of collection Pricerite found that the returned mattress violates these terms and conditions.
  12. Refund is not accepted in mattress trial service.
  13. All returned mattresses would not be resold.
  14. Pricerite reserves the right to cancel or vary these terms and conditions in accordance with the law without prior notice.

Corporate / WAW 

WAW Corporate Services Limited ("WAW")

This section pertains exclusively to corporate clients or who intend to register an account with the WAW.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. You, the applicant company ("The Customer") warrants that it has the power to enter into and has duly authorized the execution and delivery of the ACCOUNT REGISTRATION FORM ("Form") and that its obligations hereunder constitute the legal, valid and binding obligations of the Customer.
  2. No alteration, waiver or modification of this Form shall be valid unless agreed in writing by WAW Corporate Services Limited ("WAW") in its absolute discretion deems necessary.
  3. WAW reserves the right to assign all or any part of its rights, benefits entitlements and obligations under the Form (which assignment the Customer hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consents to). The Form shall not be capable of assignment by the Customer and the Customer hereby irrevocably and unconditionally covenants and undertakes that it shall not at any time assign any or all of its rights, benefits entitlements and obligations under the Form without prior written consent of WAW.
  4. Without prejudice to WAW's rights and remedies under the Form, the Customer shall pay default interest (at the rate of 2.5% per month) on any late or overdue payments of any amount payable by the Customer to WAW pursuant to the Form, from the due date for payment thereof until and including the date of actual payment in full.
  5. The Form shall not be cancelled or terminated unless as expressly provided herein.
  6. WAW may at any time have the right to forthwith terminate the Form when:
    1. the Customer is in breach of any of the terms and conditions as set out in the Form;
    2. the Customer defaults in payment of any amount due under the Form;
    3. the Customer ceases or proposes to cease, to carry on its business;
    4. the Customer becomes or is declared insolvent or has gone into liquidation;
    5. the Customer convenes a meeting of its creditors or proposes to make any arrangement or composition with, or any assignment for the benefit of, its creditors or a petition is presented or a meeting is convened for the purpose of considering a resolution, or other steps are taken, for the winding-up of the Customer, unless the winding-up is for the purposes of and followed by a reconstruction previously approved in writing by WAW;
    6. any provision of the Form which WAW regards in its sole discretion as material and becomes for any reason, invalid or unenforceable.
  7. WAW shall not in any way be liable for any loss, injury or damage which may be sustained by the Customer or any person in respect of the defective or damaged condition of the merchandise (unless such loss, injury or damages are caused directly by the negligence of WAW).
  8. The Customer agrees and acknowledges that all information and documentation provided to WAW will only be used and retained by WAW for the purposes of performing and enforcing this Form, conducting credit checks and debt collection. Subject to the duty of confidentiality owed to WAW by its agents, contractors, assignees, transferees, subsidiaries, parent and affiliated companies and/or any third party, the Customer hereby acknowledges that WAW may disclose and transfer such information and documentation for the purposes as aforesaid.
  9. The Form contains the entire Form between the parties hereto and supersedes all previous Forms and understandings between WAW and the Customer with respect to the subject matter of the Form. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that in entering into the Form it does not rely on, and shall have no remedy in respect of, any statement, representation, warranty or understanding (whether negligently or innocently made) other than as expressly set out in the Form. Nothing in this Terms & Conditions (T&C) shall operate to exclude any liability for fraud.
  10. The form shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (the “HKSAR”). The parties hereto shall submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the HKSAR for all purposes relating to or arising from the Form
  11. A person who is not a party to the Form has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any of the terms and conditions of this Form. For the avoidance of doubt, nothings in this Clause shall affect the rights of any permitted assignee or transferee of this Form.
  12. The Customer understands that:
    1. the risk of the goods shall pass to the Customer upon WAW's delivery of the same to the places designated by the Customer;
    2. the property in the goods shall not pass to the Customer but remain vested in WAW until the Customer have made payments. This means that WAW can at WAW's sole discretion and without prior notice to the Customer collect from the Customer the goods in respect of which the Customer has not paid for (“the unpaid goods”) or any of WAW's goods equal in value to the unpaid goods.
  13. If the Customer decides to transfer the Customer's business, the Customer shall notify WAW in writing not less than 30 days before the transfer takes effect and notwithstanding anything hereof. Immediately pay WAW the outstanding balance on the Customer account. Alternatively, WAW may collect from the Customer any unpaid goods or any of WAW's goods equal in value to such unpaid goods.
  14. The Customer agree to pay all costs and disbursements (including legal fees) incurred by WAW in recovering amounts due by the Customer on a full indemnity basis.
  15. Customer’s Personal Data

  16. To enable the due performance of the Form, personal data of the Customer (including any of its representatives) may be collected including names, telephone numbers, correspondence and email addresses etc (the “Data”).
  17. WAW may provide Data received from the customer to the following persons:
    1. any other member of Celestial Asia Securities Holdings Limited (“CASH”);
    2. any contractor, agent or service provider which provides administrative, data processing, financial, computer, telecommunications, payment, delivery, professional, after-sale or other services to any member of CASH or to any other person to whom data is passed;
    3. any person with whom WAW enters into or proposes to enter into transaction on the customers behalf, or persons representing the same;
    4. any business partner of any member of CASH; and
    5. governmental, regulatory or other bodies or institutions, whether as required by law, regulations applicable to any member of CASH, or otherwise.
  18. The purposes for which the Data provided by the customer from time to time may be used are:
    1. giving effect to the transactions and/or services;
    2. providing services in connection with the transactions including without limitation to delivery and after-sale services, whether the services are provided by or through, any member of CASH or any other person;
    3. collection of amounts due to any member of CASH;
    4. marketing existing and future services or products of any member of CASH or any of its business partners;
    5. conducting research on the customer when necessary; and
    6. forming part of the records of the persons or members of CASH to whom the data may be passed.
